Aquathlon
This aquathlon involves a 400m swim and and a 5km run and we're daring you to prove you're not out of your depth by getting involved yourself! Have you got the cojones to brave this

Also we're incorporating his year's Brighton Triathlon into the happenings - this monster involves a 1km swim, a 32km bike ride and an 8km run and takes place on Sunday 20th September. Email martingaffan@yahoo.comfor an entry form.

White Air will be incorporating the Brighton Triathlon 2009. Based around the White Air Brighton venue the Triathlon will also use the Brighton Marina.
